Hi, I am Durlav Karki. My home country is Federal Republic of Nepal. Currently I am at Norway as a student at University of Stavanger (UiS). You can find my detailed Cv here.
My Interest in Biological Chemistry:
My study background is that I am a graduate of "Biotechnology". In my 4 yreas of course in Biotechnology I was very much intersted
in knowing the cell physiology, different metabolic pathways going inside the cell. In deed this could be achieved in detail by doing Masters
in Biological chemistry or related field.
The major theme is to know the functional mechanism going inside the cell. To have a intensive research in this field and to help in curing
disease of mankind.
Information of my Home Country:
As mentioed earlier, Federal Republic of Nepal is my home Country.Its the youngest country in the world to be Fedral Republic (2007 AD). Nepal is a very beautiful country full of natural beauties i.e. The Himalayas, mountains, Waterfalls and good people of course.

Currently Nepal is udergoing a critical transistional period. After a long 10 years of civil war which left over 10 000 people dead and many homeless Neapl is now in road to peace. The former rebels (Maoists) have turned up to be the largest political party. With 29 days long revoulution against the absoulute monarchy, Nepal is now declared as Federal Republic and 109 year of Monarchy is now ended. Some of the above mentined facts may subject to change in future as Nepal is now in the process of drafting a new constitution. So, the new constitution may define different things as national code. For eg: there was a change in Nepali national anthem and heavy discussions are underway for fedreal structures. Besides these, Nepal is rich in tall mountains. The talles mountain peak Mt. Everest is in Nepal. Besides 7 of the worls talles mountain peak is located in Nepal. Nepal is 2nd riches in water after Brazil. Nepali people are very much kind hearted and are also known for their warfare bravery.
